In this first part, James talks about his family, and where he’s from, what artists influence him and what kind of art is hanging in his home. James and I talk about taking a different path and pursuing art as a profession in corporate America, and how he “fell” into making concert posters. James also shares who was the first big artist he made a poster for, and takes us along the whole process of making a print, from being commissioned by an artist, to it being available at the merch table at a show.
